Synergetic Information Systems offers the following benefits. Universal Leave: Full-time employees receive 120 hours of paid time off annually. Employees accrue 5 hours of universal leave at the end of each pay period. Holidays: Full-time employees receive paid time off for 10 federal holidays. These include New year's day, Martin Luther King Junior day, President's day, Memorial day, Independence day, Labor day, Columbus day, Veterans day, Thanksgiving day, & Christmas day. Tuition Reimbursement: Full-time employees receive up to $2,500 per annum for career advancement after 3 months of hire. Reimbursement is provided upon management approval. The course taken should contribute to the growth of employee career and enhance his/her work capabilities. Referral Bonus: Employees receive up to $500 per referral after 3 months of the referral’s hire date. Medical Plan: Coverage is provided through United Health Care. Employees pay 25% of the premium with deductions pre-taxed each pay period. Dental Plan: Coverage is provided through MetLife. Employees pay 25% of the premium with deductions pre-taxed each pay period. Life, AD&D, STD & LTD: Full time employees are provided with Life, AD&D, Short-term disability and Long-term disability coverage through MetLife. Synergetic pays 100% of the premium. Retirement Plan: All employees can contribute to retirement savings through participation in ADP 401K plan with pre-tax deductions every pay period after 3 months of hire.
Supplemental Insurances: Voluntary coverage with 100% employee paid through pre-tax deductions is provided through AFLAC.
